We want you to be 100% cozy, so we offer a 30-day trial period on all Big Blanket Co products. If you aren't completely satisfied with your oversized comfort, we offer easy returns and exchanges for all domestic orders.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to select your items and download a prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Place your blanket back in its original packaging or a similar sturdy box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
